Since the summer of 2009 the museum landscape in Germany has been enriched through the arrival of a fascinating newcomer. In time for the 100th birthday of the Maybach marque, Anna and Helmut Hofmann inaugurated a private museum dedicated to the history of automotive pioneers Wilhelm and Karl Maybach and their achievements. The museum is located in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate region southeast of Nuremberg.
